So I decided to give the new Debonosu game trial a go and joy....ITH is apparently not working annnd I'm having this issue with the game, even with everything closed. Never had this problem before. -_-
I feel like I've walked into a visual novel where they speak a strange, alien language that I have not ascertained. And yes, my locale is set to Japanese and it IS installed on my pc.
Maybe your time is not set in japan (UTC+9).

Set the format in japanese too and it should be alright.
